Why do you suggest using food treats with most of the toys?
As majority of dogs are food motivated, these toys use food to keep your dog focused on their training toy and provide the best interactive experience
Can dogs be motivated by other methods?
Yes definitely. Some dogs are sound motivated and prefer toys that make sound to keep them focused.
Cats also enjoy toys that create subtle movement and ones that contain scent appealing product like Catnip.

What’s the difference between the TYPES of toys?
Interactive Toys- Those that have a motivator associated with the toy such as sound or food. Great to relieve boredom by making a pet stimulate their mind to negotiate the treats from the toy
Game/Fetch toys- A toy to be enjoyed with dog and owner or between two dogs. Great for encouraging exercise and movement. Some dogs just love throwing around a toy on their own!
Soft Toys- Smaller dogs tend to find play easier with soft toys. Especially fetch games. Also a source of snuggle comfort for dogs large thru to small.

Are toys alone enough to fix my dogs behavioural problem?
Whilst we do provide training toys and accessories that assist with behaviour modification for your dog, we do not provide specific training advice.
For best results when addressing pet behavioural concerns, you may need to use multiple methods such as professional training, environmental enrichment and advice from your veterinarian.

Return it to us within 30 days, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange (or refund faulty/damaged goods only).
