Consumer Guarantees
You are protected under the Australian Consumer Law by giving you rights when you purchase products and services.
Consumer Guarantees cannot be excluded under Consumer Law. "When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. For a major problem with a service, you can choose to receive compensation for the drop-in value below the price paid, or a refund." - ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission)
Consumer Guarantees do not have a specific time to expire, however, will last a reasonable period considering factors such as the cost or quality of the product.

- Furplay offers 3 month return-to-base warranty unless specified otherwise.
- Any faults within 7 days of purchase must be sent to Furplay for replacement or refund.
- Warranty claims may take between 2 to 8 weeks depending on product, issue and warranty process.
- Furplay, nor its employees are liable to you any loss of profit, opportunity or damage resulting from any failure to or inability to use your product.
- Accepting product returned once purchased is purely at the discretion of Furplay.
- Non-faulty products returned for refund will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- In the event of a purchase where Furplay is currently out of stock, prices will be fixed at the time of purchase.
- Prices listed on this website are fixed at the time of purchase and will remain so until products are delivered.
- Products may/may have been sold below listed prices in some occasions prior to or post purchase.
